"Why are Rebelle and Vinted Joint controllers of my data?"

In order to ensure a smooth migration and transfer from the Rebelle Platform to the Vinted platform, both Vinted, UAB and Rebelle will have access to certain personal data, the handling of which will fall within Rebelle’s and Vinted's joint responsibility.

Therefore, from 19 February 2024 until the end of migration on 18 March 2024, Rebelle and Vinted will act as joint controllers. During this period, users of the Rebelle platform will be given the possibility to migrate their Rebelle account data to the Vinted Platform. In this respect, Rebelle and Vinted are joint controllers and entered into a joint controller agreement to facilitate the migration from the Rebelle platform to the Vinted platform.

What is Rebelle responsible for?

If you decide to migrate to Vinted during the migration period from 19 February 2024 until 18 March 2024, Rebelle will be responsible for making your user information available for transfer from Rebelle to Vinted and implementing relevant processes to enable this process.

What is Vinted responsible for?

During the migration period, Vinted will be responsible for retrieving your personal information which has been made available by Rebelle.
