Which data won't be moved?

Your personal data such as your name, your birthdate, your country, address and bank details will not be transferred and you will have to enter them again.

Sold, returned or deleted items
Questions and comments about your items
Filters you have saved
The list of your last viewed products
Your date of birth
Country details
First and last name, as well as your profile name
Your email address and password
Your telephone number
Delivery and billing address
Bank and credit card information
Newsletter registration
Price suggestions and reductions
Your shopping cart
Your sales contracts

This data will remain with REBELLE and will not be passed on. After the closure of the old platform and no later than September 2024, your data will be gradually anonymized or deleted, unless it is needed to for the return of concierge items or accounting and tax regulations require us to keep certain information longer.
