Should I still send my sold item?

If you have sold an item, please send it to us as soon as possible. The items will be processed, checked and paid out as normal. All items that have not been received by March 18th 2024 will be unfortunately automatically canceled.

What happens if my item is rejected?

If your sold item is rejected or canceled during this time, we will of course send it back to you as soon as possible. Please note that due to the switching process, there may be an increased workload and the return will take a little longer than usual.
